You’re Alive, Breathe

All living things breathe - us humans especially. Breathing is so important to us because it is linked with our bodily functions that our breathing is controlled automatically by our brains.

Air is one of the materials that make us live, much like food and water. 10% of our energy comes from food and water, and the remaining 90% comes from - you guessed it - oxygen.

Eastern beliefs have long known the benefits of getting enough oxygen, and today the western world is beginning to know it’s importance in therapies and practices. Many alternative healing advocates, including myself, emphasize it as the most important health tip we can ever give you.

There’s good reason for that. An average person can survive three weeks without food and three days without water, but can’t live through three minutes without oxygen.

Consequently, it’s the lack of oxygen that leaves the body susceptible to many serious diseases. Breathing oxygenates every cell in the body (yes, every single one), and if certain cells don’t get the oxygen they need, they’re more prone to develop afflictions.

The fact that so many of us don’t know the proper way of breathing has added to the increase of medical conditions such as migraines, vertigo, obesity, and hypertension. Aside from proper breathing, other factors prevent oxygen from getting into our system, including pollution and stress, but proper breathing is the most important factor.

Here’s a simple exercise. Place your hands on your lower abdomen and exhale all the air out of your lungs. Then take a deep, slow, natural breath through your nose. If you feel your midsection expand as your lungs take in air, then you’re probably breathing normally.

The reason is this - deep, proper breathing happens when you fill the lungs to the very bottom and causes your abdomen to expand. When you breathe shallowly, you expand the ribcage instead (which can only expand so much). By doing this, we get less oxgen, which when done over several years, can cause some life-changing medical conditions.

Think about your own health. Are you suffering from any ailments that will not go away anytime soon, such as hypertension or chronic migraine? Certain causes and remedies may be given by your doctors, but believe me, these diseases will not go away if you don’t practice proper breathing.

Do yourself a favor and look through my list of programs. If you are suffering from any of the disease listed there, then I personally guarantee that I can assist you in wiping out those diseases - just like I’ve done with hundreds of my satisfied customers.

I remain committed to help you breathe a little easier,
